Hey drtyfn -- I used to eat in that restaurant, man! It's on H street in Washington, DC, right? In spite of the name, the food was pretty good when it wasn't shut down by the health inspectors!
It used to be called just the Big Wong and I guess we were supposed to be impressed that they are now the "New" Big Wong. Go figure...
