OEM! the manik one is junk VS OEM. The only reason I say this is where it mounts to the frame. The OEM is way more solid. I know you plan on off roading and if you are looking for protection, I would go with the OEM or custom made over the Manik.

TIPS:
TIP 1: THE OEM is very stable and easy to mount and was designed by the manufact. to work and support the entire weight of the vehicle. (and it does) The Manik is not with only two mounting points vs four on the OEM.

TIP 2: Tell them to match the price of $458 and install it yourself. That's what I paid for mine from the dealer. I just did a small writeup on the install.

TIP: 3 I took your advice on quality for TIPS and am installing the SMA exhaust. But I am looking into having the tips removable.
