Not trying to be a wise guy or anything but are you sure you pulled the right fuse? Did it say "info 15 amp"?

There are actually 3 or 4 fuses that need to be pulled. Anything to do with onsar, radio or amp needs to be pulled.

No, oem databus communications. Actually, the programming can fail if your onstar takes an update or tries to communicate with the radio. Directly from my superchips manual, it says to remove the following fuses: from the driver side fuse panel, remove SEO ACCY; from the exterior fuse panel, remove SEO B1, SEO IGN, INFO, SEO B2, RADIO, and RADIO AMP. I had to try mine 3 or 4 times before it worked properly.

It might be your battery.. i remember reading a GM techlink that you need to have your battery fully charged and that they have their mechanics connect a battery charger whenever they reprogram or flash the computer... i was trying to post a link but i can't get into gmtechlink.com
