Pretend I am Mr. Spock on Star Trek...
Do YOU mean where does GM source the leather for the H-3 leather seats?
or do you mean
where can you get leather seats for an H3 you have already purchased?
or do you mean
where can you buy leather?
I'm sure if you just detail the question a little more lots and lots of answers will appear...

Only place I know where you can purchase the same color and type of leather used in the H3 is via the dealer. I have no idea what specs are used, or who the leather is outsourced to for production.
Cheapest way I can think is to purchase a new front seat cushion cover for a few hundred, have a leather shop cut and sew for the area around the cup holder.
Only leather I have ever researched is what my girlfriend wears when I visit her in TN.

I like the British Connelly leather in my wife's Jag. The cows are raised where there are no barb wire fences to mar the hide. But I think my wife looks better in leather than the car does.
