Default Sun Visor removal?

I did a search, but all the links were dead. What is the proper way to remove the passenger sun visor?

 1.
Insert a small flat-bladed tool into the access hole to disengage the primary retainer.

Using firm upward pressure, push the sunshade elbow (3) up and rotate it to unlock the secondary retainer (2) from the body. When the secondary retainer (2) is disengaged from the body, the elbow (3) and retainer (2) will be recessed into the bezel (1) approximately 1/8 in (12.5 mm).

Pull down to remove the sunshade (4) and bezel (3) as a complete assembly.
 2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the vanity mirror.

 1.
Connect the electrical connector for the vanity mirror.
Pull outward on the bezel (1) and rotate until the elbow (3) and bezel are flush with each other.

Align the sunshade bezel (3) to the opening in the headliner (1) and the locking ring (2).

 2. Push the sunshade up until it locks into the locking ring and body. An audible click will be heard.

Hello, I have an '05 H2. My visor does not appear to be held on the same way, they do not seem to have "the access hole" to stick the flat bladed tool in. Sorry to be such a bother, but as long as I am being a pain how do you remove the viser holder as well. I noticed a lot of the other threads on htis lead me to "dead" links, thanx a bunch to anyone who can help
