Default GMID?

Does anyone have an extra GMID number? I am going this evening to close the deal on my new H3 and any financial help is always welcome

Thanks

Can't help until Aug. 1. We are only given two per month, and July's allotment has been issued.

Cool Re: GMID?

It's been a little warm. But we had 3 inches of rain Thursday, now it's real humid, steam bath.

I could be wrong but as I recall, that is the badge for the H3 assembly or something like that.

GMT 345 is the internal desgination for the H3; like the new trucks due out in a few months are GMT 900.

Like F5fstop said, GM gives a alpha and number designation to all new vehicles, kind of like code. When I first started on the Hummer H3 project, 2 years before production, we were only allowed to say GMT 345 project and not able to say anything about the Hummer H3. Everyone in GM new what it was but no one one the outside was to know. The symbol was also used as a kind of code designation. It was used on official documents and Emails. I even got a coffee mug with this symbol, this was in April of 2004. I'll see if I can download a pic one day.
