I HAD AN INCOMING FROM SCOTTS HUMMER JUST LIKE YOURSELF. ON JULY13TH IS WHAT THE DELIVERY DATE WAS AFTER A FEW DAYS I CALLED BACK THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE ON THE 25TH RUNNING A LITTLE BEHIND I JUST GOT THE CALL IT IS THERE I WILL PICK UP TOMORROW JULY 22cd 9 DAYS LATE OUT OF THE DEALER HANDS. I THINK THIS MIGHT BE BECAUSE OF THE TWO WEEK SHUTDOWN. SCOTTS HAS BEEN GREAT TO ME OTHERWISE.I HOPE YOU GET YOURS ON TIME THE WAIT IS SOOO STRESSFULL LOL GOOD LUCK BOULDERHUMMER

A delaer should know that you can never go by the Estimated Delivery date that GM puts out. It is almost ALWAYS wrong. It does not matter which carline it is.

Too many variables to give an exact date of delivery from a plant. Supplier could be running late with components you ordered, vehicle could be pulled at the end of the line for quality control, vehicle could have minor problems when running through DVT (Dynamic Vehicle Testing) at the end of the line, and have to be sent to car final for repair, Hurricanes or Tornadoes at some plants. Trucking company may be overloaded with deliveries, etc.
I had a car followed through the Bowling Green assembly plant by managers, and delivered across the street at the Corvette Museum, and I did not receive an exact date of delivery till three days prior to the vehicle being available in the museum.
However, if everything goes smoothly, it can be there pretty close to the estimated date.
