Default Turning the T-Bars

I have read alot about turning the T-Bars---is this fairly easy?? Does anyone have pics of the process or what is involved in doing such a task?? Benefits, negatives??

I have a 2006 with the Off Road Package and 33's, would like a bit more level ride and front clearance--how many turns will solve the ride height issue??

Check the thread and then do it!! My dealer wouldn't do it for me, so I did it myself. It looks a lot better, ride is a little stiffer, but not bad! You can always get some different shocks to help with the stiff ride. Now you have room for 35's!

Tylenol has a new bigger better pill ...8 Hour Tylenol.. It rocks.. I poped a couple a few weeks back when I was feeling 3 quarts low. And try some large doses of Simply Orange Orange juice...( The Real Stuff)

When that mixes with the "T" Pill it's like rocket fuel.. it'll burn that gack right otta your body.
Hope you feel better..

BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Those big trucks have surprisingly poor crashworthiness. A guy was just killed around here in a truck like that when he hit a tree. Pretty sad for a tree to beat one of those!

That video is more entertaining if you watch it at double speed.

Sorry, no pics of procedure. It's very easy!
I turned mine 2.5 turns. I haven't noticed any difference in the way it drives. Well worth the time!
Took it to the dealership for a free alignment! (bonus!)

You best bet it to buy the new key to make it completely leveled.

Which way do you turn them, right or left from underneath, and is there a specific size socket/wrench that fits?

How many turns should set it level, 2, 2.5???

Righty tighty!! You know clockwise...
Give yourself a mark and try 2 complete turns for starters. That did it for me. =1/2" lift
