Hummer Withdrawl
I had a H2 for 2.5 years and sold it this week with the intent on finding a newer one. This has been a tough week. The day after the sale my backup car blew a heater core so now I am driving the classic muscle car that rarely leaves the garage. To make it even worse it is raining.
The used H2 market isnt very good around here. The selection is poor and the deals are lacking. I admit, I am considering the H3. I am looking for a rental H3 to see how I hold up.
It always seems that when I had my H2 the deals were everywhere and I wanted to sell fast so I could move up but here I am and it sucks. I feel naked without it.
I am going to live through you guys until I get a replacement.

Re: Hummer Withdrawl
Thats a bummer! Well I hope you find a HUMMER that suits you. I personally would not go from an H2 to an H3, but thats just my opinon... If you really want a nice H2, check eBay, or wait and buy a new '08, 'cuz that thing is gonna be boss!!

Re: Hummer Withdrawl
See, the 08 thing is messing with me. I dont want to get in an 05 or 06 right now, take a hit and then get the 08 when it arrives and settles down a little.
So my current thinking is just get something to get me by for a while. I am even looking at used trailblazers and so on. The H3 is by no means cheap but they hold their value so well I could drive it a year and flip it at a minimal loss.
I just got burned badly once with a Tahoe so I play the numbers game. Its all in the mind.

Re: Hummer Withdrawl
Flipping an H3 may not be a bad idea... You could keep it a year or so, and heck, you may be able to flip it for a brand spanking new '09 H2 in summer '08!
