TRAIN HORN IS INSTALLED!
Yea baby!! Got my train horn finally installed last night! Great job on the install goes to Jeff at SHAW GMC, flippin expensive, but nice install. All the wiring, hoses and components are clean and protected. Mounted the compressor and 3 gallon tank in the muffler housing under the truck. The switch to activate the horn is under the dash on the right hand side, when you switch it in the "OFF" position the regular horn is oporable, but when you switch it to the "ON" position the train horn is turned on. Sweetest part of all is that all I need to do is lay on the steering wheel's horn to blast either of them.
Pic's are coming!! I'll Also add sound and Videos!!

Re: TRAIN HORN IS INSTALLED!
what set of train horns did you get? what size line / compressor are you using?
I have a set of Emergency horns (24.5") on my H1 and damn they are loud.... same ones that you see on a fire truck.... they fit the truck MUCH better then the stock escort horn....

Re: TRAIN HORN IS INSTALLED!
Here is an image of what I got:
3-Gallon 250psi tank, Viair compressor, 1/2 inch hose and fitting's. (Makes for a seriously loud friggin horn!!) Wiring harness and stop relay. (The relay is very important, without it, the compressor will constantly work throughout the day and drain your battery).
I will be posting some sound clips and images of the install later this weekend, just trying to find the time to do this. Stay tuned!
Cheers!

Re: TRAIN HORN IS INSTALLED!
Have you tried it in a tunnel behind a Prius?
All you need is a center spot light light
