Sand Blasting

Anyone have or ever use those sand blasting attachements for pressure washers? How well do they work. Are they woth it?

They are suppposed to work well, but I have nor personal experience with one. I'll pick one up down the road just to see if I can avoid all the dust, but I dont really need it right now. If you get one let me know how it works.
