The gym is for suckers. To keep my physique, I adhere to a strict diet of slim fast (ever since they got rid of carnation instant breakfast in a can
) and red bull. Plus I strategically put my most commonly frequented rooms on opposites sides and levels of the house, so I figure I walk about 22 miles a day.
