Mars. I think that's the second rock from the sun? Oh, wait, no. That's the desert. Just FEELS like Mars. This section is near Rasor Road OHV south of Interstate 15, about halfway between Vegas and L.A.
You guys in Moab looks like heaven...this place is hell.

Bondage failed elementary school science. Mars is the fourth rock. That's okay, goes to show that what they teach in school isn't all that important to being able to do well enough to be able to affort a Hummer
Any how those picts look cool. Now quite as cool as Moab, but cool.

First, yes, I failed elementary school science. Thanks for pointing that out, Ree. 
CP - that pic scares me.
X - I failed basic photography as well. I never have a camera when I should and only occasionally snap a quickie with my pathetic camera phone. All the Moab shots have inspired me though - and I will take a camera (I have a great Nikon SLR that I NEVER use) out the next time and get some good shots.
