Default Sway Bars and Stock Shock problems/?s

Finally registered to this forum instead of just searching through the threads as a guest. In order to not just take advice from this site I'll post pics of my amber LED running lights and tailgate strip after I install them tonight.

Down to business, when tightening the bolts to my magnaflow catback exhaust I noticed that where my sway bars are connected they seem warped. Is this common / have other people noticed this on their H3s? I purchased my 2006 H3 used in august, and have plenty of miles left on my warranty....is this something I can have replaced under warranty, or is it not worth the hassle? Thank you in advance for the help.
-I would post pictures, but mine is MIA and i'll be using the still function on my video camera tonight.

brgds,
Mike

2006 Hummer H3, 5 spd manual, magnaflow catback, (in the process of dynamatting) and future plans are too much to list, or think about paying for.
