Hey KenP - New smoker is in the garage!
Hey Ken,
Well made a trip to cabelas to pick up my new bradley digital smoker. Chomping at the bit to get it working. Slick unit, can do either hot or cold smoking with it. Looking forward to making some smoked hot pepper cheese. Have you made any smoked cheese yet?
