H3-o Hawaii is off the scale

Has anyone had there windshield broken by a rock or hard object? Did you have any trouble replacing the glass?
I had my windshiedl chipped by a rock, which appeared to come from the minivan in front of me.
I had the glass shop try the window repair, but I could still see the cracks inn the glass.
I have orderd a new windshield, but worried about the shop that installs it.
Any suggestiones?

Reliability of any windshield installation depends on the person performing the operation. Doesn't seal it correctly and it might leak (air and/or water). Doesn't use the correct adhesive and it could lose some of your roll over protection.
