Anybody know where I can find some replacements for an '03? (front driver and passenger)

If they are the part I think you are looking for (Bumper, Lower Control Arm) the part number is 15835667 and can be found at GM Parts Direct for (and possible other GM parts dealers) $16.00 each .
Look like this marked in yellow ?
