Default horns?

Has anyone done a aftermarket swap for the oem horns?
I am looking for something louder and mean that will wire into the stock stock electrical for the oem horns. I dont use my horns enough to justify a 500 dollar air horn setup and all I really want to do is get rid of that stock weak "meep meep" sound
any ideas?

(given I was also wondering if there was a way to setup an air horn using the oem air compressor for the suspension. i mean i hit the horn maybe once every 6 months if that, so just running some idea around)

Also, I was wondering if there was a good electrical horn setup that would work for emergencies? Basically I do volunteer work as an EMR for the local fire department and though the flashers I have wired into the truck do get some people out of the way, it doesnt get them all and I thought maybe if I was able to wire in a new horn setup that maybe there was also a way that horn can double as a siren type setup.

Any and all ideas welcomed
