ABS ? AND NEW TECH 2 OWNER, YIPPEE!

Got my new tech 2 last week I've been trying to figure out an ABS issue left front. Replaced rotors, pads..... when I run live view my left front shows no speed until 10 mph then it falls in line with the others and stays within range at all speeds until I drop back down to 10 or below then it just drops to 0 again. I've got a new harness on it, could this be a gap issue. Code C0036.

Where did you get the Tech II from, and how much did it cost? I am looking for one also.
