Thanks, any comments on Magnaflow's exhaust? I heard their soundbites, sounds good. I talked to their sales dept.they plan to do a dyno test within a month. No pictures other than the install sheet on what it looks like.

I just had the Magnaflow system installed on Tuesday. The shop said it was a piece of cake to install and the fit and finish is great. I wasn't sure about it just based on the sound clips on the Magnaflow website but now that it's on I like it so far. It sounds much better than it did stock.

That is the system I am leaning towards too. How is the sound levels inside the cab? Are they louder than the stock system. Since this system has two mufflers it should be fairly quiet at highway speeds.

It's definately louder than stock but sounds good. There is some noise in the cabin but not to the point of being annoying. There is also a little bit of a drone right around 2K RPMs but it's not loud enough to be unbearable or anything. When we did my stereo we did about 100 sq feet of Dynamat so that may be part of the reason that I don't have much noise. Stereo is about 1K watts so I don't hear outside noise from anything if I don't want to. It's hard to get a feel for how the exhausts sound from listening to them on a computer. It's best to try to find some people that have done exhaust upgrades and listen to them.

Did you notice any performance gains?ie. better acceleration ie. launch and 40-70 mph? I know that you added insulation material, how is the sound in the cabin without the stereo on cruising at highway speeds . I don't want something that is so loud I can't carry on a conversation with someone in the back seat.
