Factory Chrome Wheels

Hey Guys,

I have finally come to the conclusion that I am going to buy a full set of factory wheels and tires that have been chromed, (tires only of course). After much seaching for custom wheels and tires, I think that for now all things considered factory chrome wheels are great.
My question is: Has anyone purchased these on the aftermarket and not from a dealer, either from ebay or any other contact. Any help would be greatly appreciated. From ebay I have spoken to a guy in California who will ship triple chrome plated wheels with mounted take off tires to me for $1350.00?? Sounds to good to be true.
