Has anybody had any experience with the D-1 Procharger I have a friend at R&R procharger who says it's pretty good but he works there so it's really hard to take somebody's word for it with out asking someone who ownes one.

There's not alot on the Pro Charger here. Most have the MagnaCharger and a few the Whipple. I used the "Find" tab and searched for "Procharger". This is all I found:

Hope it helps.

Centrifugal supercharger...6,400 lb. vehicle - probably not the best idea. A centrifugal may be short on bottom-end torque until you start spinning it up - probably run great from 3,500-6,000 rpm. The boost curve is traditionally linear with rpm on a centrifugal (Vortech, ProCharger, etc.)

Humdingah Your are as a rule correct but, an H2 hits 3000 rpm so fast you will not notice it has gotten there. I run Maguson and am pleased silly. Plus if You do some tranny tuning You can get instant boost that just jumps out of nowhere.
John at HGW I think put a Vortech on this last black rig and i road in it. I see no problem so you guys may want to ask him. He has run it a while and I do not know much about them just the Magnuson and know I love it. Next best thing to a turbo to Me.
