Yes, I had to use it twice in my old Z06. Its handy stuff!
I had the sensors installed and the monitoring option turned on in the PCM with a Tech-2. So i was able to get off the road before I went flat and I always kept 2-3 bottles of the Tire Jack in my rear compartment.
