I don't think that there is caffeine in NO products for the same reason. caffeine and ephedra and vesel constrictors, whereas the NO products are dilaters giving the pumping effect. You can take NO with ephedra is just diminshes the effects of the NO. I like ephedra for the energy boost so I get a intense workout and after about 4 hours when it wears off I can go straight to sleep. Caffiene lingers on for me (like 8 hours) and I can't sleep.

I drink coffee all the time. So I am immune to the whole sleeping problem thing. But I drink a cup before I work out, punch in a kick ass sound soundtrack on my ipod (NIN, Punjabi MC, Prodigy etc.) and have a water bottle next to me. I have never considered anything like what you all are talking about.

Can you get it at health stores? Will it make me too muscley? Because I am very concerned about just keeping tone where I should be and being supple where it counts and just focus on that- not to lose weight or anything. Is it just for weight lifting? Please splain.

CP - NO products would not be recommended for you. They give you "muscle pumps" by swelling the muscle with blood via vessel dilation. It is really only for bodybuilders plus it has creatine which packs water into the muscle for a swelling effect also.

Tell me what you would like to accomplish and I can recommend a product or change in training/diet
