Re: Vacation Pics
How much was the free booze pass? I've been thinking of going on a cruise, so far the only thing that has kept me from doing it is, there is no way in hell that I'm paying for my drinks.

We're on the wait-list for the Trans-Canal for next summer on the Disney Magic... sold out in less than a day. Want to try to take another Royal Caribbean this summer. Definitely addictive. Glad to hear you had a great experience. Now you'll be hooked.

Let me say this first, the service on the cruise ship is next to none. There were 3400 passengers and 1600 crew members. There was not a time when every one of my needs was not met.
The meals in the Vavaldi Dinning room were excellent. The menu choices were spectacular, the food was great, and the wait staff was unreal! We had to dress up for this particular dinning room but it was well worth it and you could order as many meals as you wanted. One night I had the Tiger Shrimp, then Prime Rib, and then fininshed it off with another Tiger Shrimp entree.
The ADVENTURES OF THE SEA is their newest Cruise Ship on Royal Carr. it and was very cool. There was over I'd say 30 seperate bars, a nightclub, casino, ice skating, putt putt golf, huge theater for performances, pools everywhere, did I MENTION BARS...........Game Rooms for kids, baby sitting when you needed it, Food Everywhere, the shopping on the ship is awesome, climbing walls, full size basketball court.....yada yada yada....

We typically got into port at arond 7am. Then you had to be back on the ship by 5pm.
There were hundreds of excursions you could order and do. I sea-kayaked, snorkerled, went out on the jet ski, wake boarded, and then did a tour of St. Thomas and Magens Bay.............oh, also did the all day Pirate Ship Drinking Binge Cruise........
All the pics are from the cruise.
Ship Name: Adventure Of The Seas
Departure Port: San Juan, Puerto Rico
Ports of Call: San Juan, Puerto Rico; Bridgetown, Barbados; Castries, St. Lucia; St. Johns, Antigua; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; San Juan, Puerto Rico

Father in law kicked some ass in Craps. Happened to be a lucky roller out (never played before) and she rolled for over 20 minutes. Won a couple of people a few thousand very quickly........

You have to have over 100 people booked in your party. Then it's $300.00 per person over 21 that wants the pass. We booked it through a travel agency and there were MANY friends of the family / collegues on the cruise.......... WELL WORTH IT.........I will GUARANTEE I drank my pass amount the first night out. Patron shots, Bombay and Tonic, Johnny Walker Black.etc.etc.etc....didnt' matter what you wanted, it was free.......
add to that, the pass paid a 15% gratuity every time swiped....
All the food on board was free with the all enclusive pass....again well worth it......
and GET A BALCONY ROOM!!!!!!!!!! It is WELL WORTH IT ALSO and VERY NICE
