I am pretty sure the Intake Air Temperature sensor is locate within and with the Mass Air Flow sensor in the intake tube just past the filter box.
There are 2 wires that go to IAT, but I am not sure what the colors are. I won't be able to look it up until Sunday but maybe someone else with a service manual can.
