There is an Off Road Park In PA somewhere.....I think it is called Paragon Adventure Park. I am not sure of the exact location but it is where they are having trainging classes for salespeople in that region so it most likely has offroading available.

The school in South Bend with AM General is worth the 3k. You don't even drive your own truck and the trails are great.
