I'd probably take the warranty and gift certificates, but I wonder if accepting these incentives would make it harder to work the lemon law, if you want to go that route later.

Take #2 and enjoy your H3 until you hit 100K miles. Sounds like a reasonable attempt at customer satisfaction.

2. 100,000 mile warranty, plus $2000 giftcertificated (to buy roof marker lamps, etc.)

what do you guys think?

I think this sounds very good. Just be sure to get everything in writing, and see what the deductible on the warrantee is, and who is the underwriter.

Enjoy the truck!

OK, they adjusted everything,

what they are offering me is only 24 months carefree package, plus a 6 year, 72,000 mile warranty, "or" the $2000 was "towards a car - buyback package" - if - it the arbitration gets to that point....

So basically, i feel theyre not giving me anything. just an extension on the years (2), and only 22,000 mile more warranty. -no money-

So... i went to a bmw dealership, they checked my credit so forth, and the finance guy said i could just buy another car, and not accept my h3 back. So i test drove two cars, which i really like, the bmw x5, and 525, but..

I love the hummer h3, the way it feels, so big and comfortable, and i feel im in command, and i could go through anything with it...

I just wonder why they wont just give me a 2007 h3, or another replacement vehicle?

I am not sure if this is a transmission slip or a miss but for some reason, when I back into my driveway (slightly uphill) I get a moment of hesitation and very slight loss of power before it resumes normal power.

Has anyone else had this occurr?
