Look, I can easily narrow it down to down to Linderman tho:

In the pic from the preview below, the father is wearing TWO rings. A wedding band and a class ring or something similar. Nathan doesn't wear two rings.

HRG doesn't wear purple, EVER, so he's not the father.

We've seen the character, or had the character referenced on the SHOW, not just the comics, so the new character, HRG's boss, Thompson as played by Eric Roberts is out. (Vashna from IMBD says the father is Thompson)

Wireless is out.

The black men are out.

The shirt is button down dress, so Isaac, Sylar, Peter, and Claude are out.

Linderman is left and it'd be a great way to introduce him to us.

HOWEVER, of the two rings on the father's hand, one is a freaking wedding band and the watch is exactly like Nathan's.

We also have to remember that if it's Nathan, it'll really bring him into the Heroes family and will mean he'll probably take a more active roll in saving his brother.
