Annoying whine!

Notice a high pitched whine like noise that comes out of the speakers that mirrors the accelerator.

Anyone know might be causing this. Didn't notice it at first but wife was in the car and of course noticed it and now I can't help to notice it.

had same problem, they make a ground loop insulater (i think that is the name) that goes in-line with audio av connectors that will solve problem, hope this helps.....if needed ill get more info for ya....let me know.
