The 3.5 and 3.7 intakes are the same.

I could get technical and say NO, they aren't. But, I'll be nice.
What ducky is trying to say, and it is true on both, the actual air enters into the air inlet snorkel and the box from behind the inner fender. Thus, the air entering is about as cold as installing a cold air filter under the hood, where you do have a great amount of heat buildup.
But if a person wants the cool look of the K&N dust sucker, then they do offer it.
