Clunk noise over bumps

I have my torsion bars cranked to level the truck, so could this noise be coming from the shocks, as they run out of extension travel?

my truck started doing the same thing after cranking the torsion bars. however, i plan on getting shock extensions or upgrading to longer shocks...hopefully that will fix the problem.
