Some of them got assembled while they were supported somehow. If you loosen the spring shackle bolts and shake and bounce the vehicle it will let the springs adjust.

Like Hunner said now I do remember them saying something about the shackles! Now is it possible that that would cause it to pull to the right? Seems as though I now have a slight pull to the right and occationally pulles hard when breaking...not all the time though????
