Utah making head way?? how old is this clip?

We are a conservative state. The overwhelming opinion here is that the public lands exist for the use of the public.

There are a couple great groups out here fighting against "SUWA" (Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance). They are the wackos whose board members are largely East Coast liberals that keep filing lawsuits to close lands (mostly 4x4 trails) in Utah. Those are the same whack jobs that want to drain Lake Powell.

Turns out that recently some high ranking SUWA board members were indicted for securities fraud in New York. The Utah legislature called them in to answer questions about whether any of those illegal funds filtered into "SUWA".
