Every live pirate they can capture should be hung in full view of the coast (local population) no hood, no trial, no mercy !!!

I am offshore of Angola right now - no pirates here fortunately. My personal preference would be to put a lifejacket on them - slash them a few times - get a good non life threatening bleed going and then kick them over the side.
The rest is obvious.
